Registration fees

All authors attending the conference in person must register and pay the standard registration fee. The standard registration fee includes a conference pack, attendance at the opening and closing sessions, and participation in the conference’s scientific sessions. At least one author of each paper must be registered.

Students (undergraduate, master’s and PhD) and those accompanying presenters may register at the reduced rate.

Payment methods

Payment must be made to the following bank account: (ABANCA) ES38 2080 5251 4030 4143 8373, held by “ASOC FORO DE DEBATE Y DIVULGACION CIENTIFICA”, specifying “Registration for (first name and surname)” in the payment reference.

The subject line of the email must clearly state the participant’s full name. Proof of payment must be sent before the deadline set for your fee category.
